The National Service User Awards celebrate the large number of service users projects in inpatient services nationwide. The 2019 National Service User Awards will be held on Wednesday 1st May 2019 in the Lakeside Pavillion of the beautiful Colwick Hall, Nottingham.
The categories for the 2019 awards are as follows:
Community and Education Projects
All projects that involve a community either inside or outside of hospital, and projects related to education e.g. recovery college/community partnerships etc.
Raising Mental Health Awareness
Projects that challenge negative attitudes towards mental health or raise awareness and educate people on mental health.
Recovery and the Arts
Creative projects that promote and support recovery including music, drama, art etc.
Health and Wellbeing
Projects that promote mental or physical health and wellbeing.
Outstanding Service User Involvement
This category recognises an individual or team that has made outstanding achievements in service user involvement or leadership.
The popular Service User Choice Award will be back for 2019, with a live vote on the day.
